Chey Irwin is a vocational rehabilitation expert, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), and Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE). She served as Deputy Director of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment (VR&E) Service, directing national policy, training, and compliance across 56 regional offices serving Veterans.
